HLA Input Format

Input Format Description of the HLA File

The file should contain multiple rows of the following three fields: HLA, CID, and PRESENT. Alternatively, the HLA column may be labeled VAR. If both a VAR and HLA column are present in the input file only the HLA column will be used.

	HLA (or VAR) – a string that identifies the HLA--for example, B1503
	CID - the case or sample identifier--for example, the patient ID
	PRESENT – either 0 or 1, denotes the presence or absence of the HLA

Currently, this file is restricted to referring to a single HLA only.
